Create an online order

You can place orders through this website. The delivery of products will be fulfilled by a specific shipment company, delivering your ordered products to the designated address.

Shipping time

Confirmed orders will be shipped and should arrive at its destination, specified address, within 3 - 21 days (3-7 days for Hong Kong region/14-21 days for overseas orders). The company’s postal service provider will try its best to provide fast and effective delivery services. Still, the delivery time will be affected by regional import regulations, delivery method, shipping arrangement, weather status, and local holidays or festivals. Regarding the postal schedule, it is not constraint by the postal company. Thus, the company will not take legal responsibility for any damage or loss due to shipments' delay.

 

Customs and taxations

For orders being shipped to countries besides Hong Kong, the products will be considered. Suppose the ordered products are being shipped to countries besides Hong Kong. In that case, the products will be considered import goods, thus requiring extra payments, some form of taxation, or payment requirements for applying and registering import permits. Such fees and required documentation will all depend on the local law and legislation of the destination.The company and the respected website are unable to control or predict calculate said fees. We shall not take any legal responsibility for such issues.

Delivery terms and conditions

  1. Once the order is verified, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The company reserves the right to change the service hour and details without prior notice.
  2. If you need to change the delivery time, you may have to pay extra fees.
  3. Under the influence of severe weather (such as typhoon signal number eight or above or black rainstorm warning in Hong Kong), the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. The delivery time will be rearranged separately without additional charges.

 

Exchange guarantee

Exchange procedures (Overseas)

If you need a replacement, please contact our customer service department first, then mail the product to be replaced together with a printed copy of the order details to our company (44/F, Tat Ming Industrial Building, Da Chuan Ping Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong). After receiving the product in need of replacement, the order will be processed within twenty one days. Our company will return the shipping cost for your replacement shipment fees. Please keep the receipt printed copy of the replacement shipping fee for our follow up.

Exchange terms and conditions

Refunds and returns

Please note that the company must check and verify the returned products before returning and refunding. If the product is found fail to meet the company's refund conditions and standards, it will not be refunded and returned. The company will refund the customer with the total value, and if the purchased product came or was delivered with gifts or samples, that shall be returned. When refunding, The company will deduct the said gifts' online order value from the total refund amount.

Refund procedure

Hong Kong

Please contact our customer service department first to arrange a refund. . Once the refund request had been approved, the customer will be required to bring the product with the original package. Any promotional gifts (if applicable) and a printed copy of the order details and visit ASANA 360 BEAUTY & WELLNESS CENTRE in-person to complete the process, all of the handed in documents and products will not be returned to the customer.

Please send the product with its original packaging, the attached promotional gifts (if any) and the printed copy of the order details to our company

The company will refund the order through the original payment method within 21 working days of the arrival of the returned product.

  • The refunding amount will be subjected to the invoice record value.
  • The refund guarantee does not accept any postal application.

  • The refund amount does not include the return shipping cost.
  • Sealed and unopened products can receive a full refund.
  • If one or more items of the type had been unsealed, said used product should not receive a refund.
