  2. Participants must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above and holding a valid Hong Kong identity card.
  3. Each eligible participant may register only once. Registration will be invalidated if false information or duplicate registrations are discovered.
  4. This promotion is only open to WhatsApp accounts that have accepted the WhatsApp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and Hong Kong mobile phone numbers with traditional voice services provided by Hong Kong mobile network providers. If a mobile phone number has not accepted the WhatsApp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, does not have the aforementioned WhatsApp account or voice service, or if the registered phone number is out of service, invalid, changed, unable to send/receive WhatsApp messages, or unable to make/receive traditional voice calls at the time of registration for this promotion/claiming the prize, its eligibility to claim the prize will be cancelled without any re-election mechanism.
  5. After registering on this form, eligible participants will receive a WhatsApp message within 10 business days to claim their gift. Only eligible participants who successfully receive the WhatsApp message will be able to claim their gift.
  6. Eligible participants who successfully receive a WhatsApp message and register as ASANA 360 members on-site at the collection point will receive a cat-themed lucky charm ("giftOne gift will be given. Eligible recipients must visit a designated ASANA 360 store on the specified date and present the WhatsApp message to redeem the gift. Gifts cannot be collected on behalf of others. Late collection will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and ASANA 360 will not reissue the gift.
  7. Each eligible recipient is limited to one gift. Gifts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  8. Eligible recipients of gifts must sign a confirmation letter upon receiving the gift for redemption and record-keeping purposes.
  9. ASANA 360 is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the email address and/or phone number provided by eligible participants when participating in this event. ASANA 360 will not be held responsible and will not reissue gifts if the information submitted by eligible participants is incorrect or missing, resulting in failure to receive WhatsApp messages and/or redeem gifts.
  10. ASANA 360 shall not be held legally liable for any loss, error, illegibility, or damage to the information registered by eligible participants due to computer, network, telephone, technical, or other reasons not attributable to ASANA 360, rendering the information invalid. Participants shall not raise any objections.
  11. ASANA 360 is not responsible for any problems that occur during data transmission.
  12. If it is discovered that a participant has used a fake account, a non-existent number, or has hacked into and/or modified a computer program to participate in this activity, ASANA 360 has the right to disqualify the participant from participating and/or receiving the gift, and the participant shall bear all related responsibilities and consequences.
  13. All gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other products.
  14. ASANA 360 will not reissue any lost or unused gifts after their expiration date.
  15. ASANA 360 is not liable for any loss or damage, or personal injury, caused by the acquisition or use of the gifts received (including but not limited to indirect or indirect losses).
  16. Participation in this activity is voluntary. ASANA 360 is not responsible for any liability arising from this activity and will be exempt from all legal liabilities and compensation.
