Sales Planner

The scope of work:

  • Provide professional comprehensive health and beauty products and treatments, medical beauty and membership service planning to individual customers
  • Achieve monthly personal or designated project sales targets
  • Expand the potential market and activity of the company's assigned customer base
  • Provide customers with quality customer service and after-sales follow-up
  • Establish and maintain long-term good relationships with customers
  • Perform company-designated strategic tasks


Entry requirements:

  • Graduated from Form XNUMX or equivalent or above
  • And have more than two years of relevant sales work experience
  • Proactive, self-disciplined and team spirit
  • Good communication skills and sense of responsibility
  • 6 days of official holidays per month, shift system
  • Those with relevant experience will be appointed as senior planners

Corporate Relations Manager

The Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand business opportunities by establishing your own clientele
  • Build & maintain good relationship with the customers and understand their needs

  • Reactivate the relationship with inactive customers to boost sales


The Requirements:

  • DSE holders or above

Customer Service Executive

The Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers' enquiries and inbound calls
  • Record and collect customer feedback / complaints
  • Escalate the cases to supervisor / manager for further and appropriate action


The Requirements:

  • Secondary level or above
  • At least 1 year's customer service experience in Hotline / Call Centre operation (fresh graduate is welcome)
  • Good communication, motivated, interpersonal and analytical
  • Patient, mature, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Good in English and Chinese typing
  • Rest day-Statutory holiday & 6 days off per month



Customer Relationship Executive

The Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote & boost sales with existing customers via phone calls or face to face meetings;
  • Explore business opportunities for the company;
  • Establish & maintain good customer relationship;
  • Co-operate and work closely with the Sales Force Team to increase customer repurchase & consumption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate to handle continuous customer service satisfaction process
  • Able to meet sales target and achieve performance objective

The Requirements:

  • DSE holders and above
  • Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience
  • Experienced in Telesales or Call Centre operations
  • Proactive & target-oriented

The scope of work:

  • Handle customer phone enquiries and arrange the appointment time for the treatment
  • Phone verification of customer information

Entry requirements:

  • Form XNUMX or above
  • One year or more customer or reception service experience (relevant beauty reception experience is preferred)
  • Basic computer (Excel & Word) operation and Chinese input method
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be sincere, diligent, responsible and patient


The scope of work:

  • Provide customers with professional beauty and slimming treatment services
  • Explain basic skin care procedures to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries about treatment and products
  • Assist in selling company treatments and introducing products
  • Carefully understand customer needs and establish a good relationship with customers

Entry requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience in beauty and slimming
  • Experience in instrument operation
  • Those who hold a professional beauty certificate or an internationally recognized certificate are preferred
  • Good sales skills, high-quality service attitude, proactive and team spirit
  • Good presentation skills and customer service skills
  • Can speak fluent Cantonese



The scope of work:

  • Provide customers with professional body massage care services
  • According to the needs of customers, recommend suitable products and treatments
  • Answer customer inquiries about treatment and products
  • Assist in selling company treatments and introducing products


Entry requirements:

  • Two years or above experience as a masseur
  • Those who hold a professional certificate in beauty are preferred
  • Those with instrument experience or internationally recognized certificates are preferred
  • Good sales skills, high-quality service attitude, proactive and team spirit
  • Good presentation skills and customer service skills
  • Can speak fluent Cantonese
